The Privacy and Cookie Statement is based on Castell Management’s (BCR) Binding Corporate Rules for Customer, Supplier and Business Partner Data. The Castell Mangement entity responsible for the relevant part of the website is hereinafter referred to as “Castell Management”.

The use of the site castell-management.com is governed by Belgian law. The courts of the district of Brussels-Capital have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes that may arise from these general terms and conditions.
